I recently stayed at this resort during Thanksgiving weekend in the Lakewood King Suite, which was beautifully designed and had a cozy gas fireplace. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by service issues, particularly at breakfast, where we encountered long waits and inattentive staff. The grounds were well cared for, but the discomfort with the bed and the breakfast experience made me hesitant to return.
